This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile games listed below ("the Games", "we", "the apps") handle information when you use them. The same policy applies to:

The Games do not require registration or login. We do not collect, store, or transmit:
Bonbon Sort has no in-app purchases at all.
Sprout Merge offers one optional one-time purchase: Remove ads, which disables the interstitial ads shown between orders. Rewarded videos remain available and are watched only at your choice.
The purchase is processed by Google Play Billing. We receive only a confirmation that the purchase was completed — no payment details are shared with us. Your purchase is restored automatically when you reinstall the game or sign in on another device with the same Google account.
The Games display advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob collects and shares the following data types with Google:
All data is transmitted encrypted over HTTPS to Google servers. It is processed by Google in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Ads policy.
Sprout Merge offers optional leaderboards ("Village help" and "Best garden") powered by Google Play Games Services. Using them is entirely your choice — the rest of the game works without signing in.
This data is processed by Google in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.
Each Game saves your progress (level, coins, bonus items, settings, etc.) locally on your device. This data:
Leaderboard scores, if you choose to sign in to Google Play Games, are the only game data that leaves your device — see the section above.
We do not maintain our own servers and we do not store any personal data linked to you. Data related to advertising is held by Google. Here is how to delete or request deletion of that data:
Uninstall the Game, or clear its storage in your Android settings:
Settings → Apps → Bonbon Sort / Sprout Merge → Storage → Clear Data
Open the Google Play Games app → Profile → Settings, where you can hide your profile from leaderboards or delete your Play Games data for this game. This data is held by Google; we have no way to edit or delete it on your behalf.
This removes the identifier used by Google AdMob to link ad data to your device:
Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID (or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on older Android versions).
Contact Google directly through their privacy portal: policies.google.com/privacy. Google honors deletion requests for data associated with your Advertising ID.

Local game data is retained on your device until you uninstall the app or clear its storage. Data collected by Google AdMob is retained by Google according to their policies for as long as necessary for the purposes described above (advertising, analytics, fraud prevention). See Google's privacy portal for details on their retention periods.
The Games are suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. All advertising is delivered through Google AdMob, which is configured to comply with Google's policies on family-appropriate content.
The Games request only the Internet permission (for loading advertisements and, in Sprout Merge, for leaderboards) and the AD_ID permission (used by Google AdMob to serve personalized ads). The Games do not request access to your camera, microphone, precise location, contacts, or any other sensitive device functions.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, especially if we add new third-party services or change how data is used. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
